The company is a cleantech technology start-up for industrial wastewater treatment founded in 2014. The company is developing an electro-coagulation process and equipment for the treatment of industrial wastewater. The company aims to market the process worldwide with licensing partners in various industrial sectors and also to operate parts of it.
Some focal points of the activity:
- Establishment of the engineering department with process development, technological plant construction and implementation of plant tests for process/concept confirmation of two wastewater purification processes.

Circular Economy Start-Up
The company is an industrial start-up in the field of circular economy for the petrochemical industry for the recycling and upcycling of carbon black from end-of-life tyres. The company aims to build and operate several processing plants in Western and Central Europe. The technology as well as the marketing is carried out by a technology and marketing licensing partner.
Some focal points of the activity:
- Development of the business model with strategic orientation of the company in the area of the Circular Economy with the aim of upcycling recyclable materials from used tyres.
- Development of the engineering and plant construction division and operation as part of a petrochemical plant operator at several locations
- Conception of the expansion strategy in Western and Central Europe with evaluation of production and distribution locations incl. preparation for BImSCH permits in Germany
- Establishment of cooperations with leading technology partners, raw material suppliers and end customers

Group of companies in technological plant engineering
The company was formerly a trading company for wear parts. In cooperation, the company was expanded into a group in the field of technological plant construction, operation and maintenance. The focus is on the building materials industry, with production, engineering and sales branches in Russia, the United Arab Emirates and several locations in Switzerland.

- Management of the operative business of the group of companies at the executive board level with the divisions Engineering, Customer Service and Maintenance in the area of the process and building materials industry.

The company was a consulting and planning company in the logistics sector with a focus on the hardware and timber industry. In cooperation, the company was expanded into a system provider for intra-logistics solutions in the bulky goods sector.
Some focal points from the activity:
- Establishment of the new business division as a solution provider of intra-logistics systems for bulky goods with market development in the wood-based materials and paper industry.
- Establishment and management of the operational division including acquisition, project management and product development with a total of 28 employees
- Development of a new system for forklift guidance and warehouse management with automated 3-dimensional location of goods and forklift navigation (based on the diploma thesis)
- Acquisition and project management of the first reference projects in the wood-based materials industry in Europe
